A restaurant in New York has banned James Corden, who regularly uses derogatory terms to describe people of a different race, for being ‘a tiny, tiny cretin of a man’.
The man was due to attend an interview for a spot on the popular podcast series and also perform as a guest DJ at the restaurant for its live feed.
The chef of the restaurant, Anthony Bourdain, was unhappy with the choice of Corden as one of the guests.

‘I asked him why he chose to come and talk about himself rather than talk about the menu or the music we were putting on. The reason was he is not a proper representative for the community that he is supposed to represent,’ Bourdain told Yahoo Style.
‘I know the show is really popular, but I don’t think it’s a racist thing to say.’
Corden has come at the expense of other famous black people, including John Legend, who was recently accused of racism after an offensive remark he made during live appearances.

He apologised, saying he was ‘unfair’ on Legend, who is one of the only black men on his panel.
In his apology, Corden said he realised after he said it what he had said was ‘insensitive’ and ‘unwarranted’.
‘I realised it wasn’t what the rest of the world was expecting,’ he said. ‘I apologise to John Legend.’
He also apologised to the black singer’s fans, who have said that his comments are ‘insensitive’ and have questioned his decision to be on the show.
